November 2023: Astrological Events + Tarot Reading

by | Oct 27, 2023 | Astrology, Tarot Readings

November is a special time of year, as it often carries a spiritual significance. For some, it marks the end of the harvest season and the start of winter’s long nights. Others look to it as a time to honor and reflect on their ancestors and those that have passed on before them.

Still others use November as an opportunity to reset their intentions and realign them with their highest selves. It is a time for clearing away old energies and allowing space for new beginnings. November can be both an opportunity to let go of past hurts and mistakes but also an occasion to send abundance in the form of thanksgiving and love into the world.

There are many transits in November. I’ve shared here the ones that are going to have the most profound effect on you and your readings.

02 November: Vesta goes Retrograde in Cancer

As Vesta’s retrograde takes us on a journey back through the past, we can easily become overwhelmed with nostalgia and melancholia. It’s important to give ourselves the time and space needed to carefully work through our emotions in order to make peace with them. Additionally, having a loving support network of family and friends can be a great source of comfort during this trying period.

09 November: Mercury goes Direct in Sagittarius

As Mercury enters blunt Sagittarius, the veil of mystery that has been shrouding our feelings is finally lifted. Our thoughts will turn to optimism, morality and a deeper search for meaning in life. We may become more inclined to share our newfound insights with others, even if it comes off as a bit preachy at times. This is an opportunity to explore ourselves and connect with those around us in meaningful ways.

13 November: New Moon in Scorpio

As the new moon in Scorpio ushers in a period of transformation, we are called to create connections with others that could potentially alter our lives. It’s essential to leave the past behind and prepare ourselves for a new beginning. This is a time to be bold and make daring leaps forward, taking advantage of all this unique opportunity has to offer!

19 November: Pallas enters Scorpio

As Pallas, the asteroid of wisdom and strength, passes overhead in these coming weeks, it’s easier to differentiate between truth and deception. Use her boldness and courage to confront any painful truths that may arise. Though it may be uncomfortable at first, this can only make your stronger in the long run.

22 November: Sun enters Sagittarius

With Scorpio season finally behind us, the sun transits to Sagittarius, a sign associated with exploration and discovery. We are blessed with an opportunity over the next four weeks to broaden our horizons. Whether it’s embarking on a physical journey, enrolling in classes, or simply speaking with fascinating people, this is a great time to set off on a mission of grand exploration.

27 November: Full Moon in Gemini

As the full moon in versatile Gemini shines bright in the sky, the possibilities of what this celestial moment can bring are endless. This is a time of potential and self-reflection; use its energy to set new intentions and goals for upcoming adventures and experiences. Now is the time to ride this wave of enthusiasm and complete all those holiday errands before life gets too hectic. Make the most of the celestial energy and bask in the glow of completed tasks.

Do remember, the new moon in Gemini marks the beginning of a new cycle, bringing with it an opportunity to set intentions and create something magical. As the universe aligns, you have the chance to focus your energy on achieving whatever goal you have in mind. Take advantage of this time – pause, reflect, and make plans for how you want to move forward.
